\u201cI think three is enough,\u201d I argue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo, you need more.\u201d Phe pushes another serving of food my way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I look to Lenime for help. He gives me that sweet reassuring smile and kisses my knuckles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPhe, it is possible to overfeed someone, you know?\u201d Phe frowns at his brother and then looks at me. \u201cI\u2019m sorry, Amber. I just want to protect you. You are so small.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI know and I love you. I love you both. Phe, thank you taking care of me. You are maybe the scary soon to be king, but you are one of the sweetest, beautiful men I know.\u201d I lean over, stare at him lovingly for moment and kissed his lips, before turning to Lenime. \u201cLenime,\u201d I stroke his cheek. \u201cMy clever, handsome man. Thank you for sacrificing your sleep to help me.\u201d I give him a similar kiss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God, I love these men. \u201cI don\u2019t know how I become so lucky to be blessed with not one but two fantastic mates, but I am glad I did.\u201d Sat in-between the pair, I pull them both to hug me, something that they both comply with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI love you both so damn much. I am never ever letting you go. I am sorry if I ever do anything to make you upset, just know I never mean it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We spend the next few minutes just hugging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later that day\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are sat in the sitting room. Phe is doing speaking with his father who is sat opposite us, whilst Lenime and I work looking over old files. We have learned a lot from Dax, but we still need to know more. After all, I am different, even from the changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dax is with us, he seems to be speaking mostly with Phe and Kiy because Lenime and I are too engrossed in research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Surprisingly Koya isn\u2019t here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiy told his son how proud he is of him for creating another medicine which will not only help me, but everyone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They asked me if it is helping. \u201cI feel much better,\u201d I tell them honestly. Lenime and Phe both kiss me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHave you any idea how people will react when we arrive at your planet? Will we receive a warm welcome?\u201d I hear Kiy asks Dax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe may not have had any good experiences with alien species, but I can reassure you, you will be welcomed. When we get in range of the planet, I will use the device Koya fixed for me from my old shuttle to call them and make them aware of our presence.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been a little worried about something the last couple of days, but never mentioned it. But as though sensing my feelings both my mates stop and look at me. Each of their hands holding one of mine. \u201cWhat\u2019s wrong?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey will hate me.\u201d Everyone frowns and Dax looks confused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey won\u2019t. They love you,\u201d He tries to reassure, unsure still what I am worrying about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBut I helped with the creation of the thing that killed millions,\u201d I state unconsciously crying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou helped create a cure to illness. It wasn\u2019t you who killed them people. That was Adair Marshall.\u201d I look confused. Wasn\u2019t he a hero to them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYes, he was one of the greats who helped recreate and relocate. But he was power hungry and naive. He wanted the perfect planet there and then. He didn\u2019t think about the consequences of his actions. He purposely infected himself and your brother without his knowledge. He spiked water supplies and he created a war. No one hates you because you were another innocent doing as you were told and what you thought was for the greater good. You didn\u2019t know he would release the incomplete enzyme.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBut then why did the people let him rule?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBecause at the time he and your brother were the top specialists. The world had turned to madness. We needed answers, he had them. By the time he passed we had started to rebuild again. Your brother was our next leader and unlike the previous, he was actually voted in. All our people count him as our greatest leader.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am so proud of my brother. He had always been a bit of a bossy madam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He went on to tell that the current Emperor is Aaron\u2019s great (x5) grandson. He supposedly looks a lot like him too, he has dark blonde hair instead of light blonde. He also told me about many of the great laws Aaron brought in, which all are still in place today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Including making polygamous marriages and certain bigamous marriages are legal. But only in cases where all parties are consenting and they all legally have to sign a form to this affect. Making all parties are legally married to one another even though some of the party may not be involved with the one. This law is mainly main because of the mating couples and sometimes trios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forced or arranged marriages are also made illegal. These laws only stood for the Marshall Providence though. The Reese Providence have their own Emperor and laws, although they are supposedly similar. He told me about his journey to find me and about himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dax and all the rest of his crew of the shuttle had no mates and little or no close family, that is why they were chosen for the job from volunteers. But they were all asked if they wanted to go and knowing all the risks involved, they all agreed without a doubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dax explained that he was an only child to a couple who mated in their fifties. Sadly there was an accident when he was fifteen and his mother died, his father instantly followed. He was made a ward of the state and when he was old enough became a pilot and quickly earning a name for himself became one of only a couple personal pilots and friends of the Emperor. Now aged thirty two, he was single, with no family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDon\u2019t worry, Dax, you can be part of our family now.\u201d I\u2019m not normally this emotional. But I am pregnant, so I am allowed to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiy and my mates smile. \u201cYou are a good man and if you wanted to stay then you would be happily welcomed,\u201d Phe tells a very stunned Dax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou would allow this?\u201d He asks, making sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYes. You are well liked by many and make Amber happy. If she is happy. We are happy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aww, I want to pinch Phe\u2019s cheeks and stick my tongue down he throat right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou would be a great asset to us and the ship both,\u201d Kiy adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou do not have to make up your mind now. Just tell us before we leave your planet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dax smiles and thanks us. Even getting up and giving me a short hug, which he quickly apologizes for. He still partly treats me as some kind of royal. Which I guess I am kind of now. But still\u2026 \u201cYou don\u2019t have to say sorry. It\u2019s alright,\u201d I reassure him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBut speaking of mating and stuff, I had an idea. I don\u2019t know if it\u2019ll work though,\u201d I tell them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat is it, love?\u201d Lenime asks, both Phe and he stroking the back of my hands the whole time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I went on to explain my idea. Basically, it is so I don\u2019t have to worry about them touching me every few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not that I don\u2019t love that, but sometimes it is very inconvenient. I would probably still have to stay close by, but there hopefully wouldn\u2019t be the need to all the touching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would be able to do some things without worrying. The idea is a simple one. I would need cut a small piece of my hair and theirs and make each of us a braid bracelet, all made from a combination of the hairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThat way we will always be touching. It might not work though,\u201d I finish explaining and bite my lip nervously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lenime is the one I am looking at, because he is the one who knows about these type of things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is deep in thought with a focused look on his face and then smiles. \u201cThat is a good idea, love.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBut if it works you are still staying by our side,\u201d Phe warns and Lenime agrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDon\u2019t worry, I will. I just thought it would come in handy for those times when you are deep in thought with work and don\u2019t remember until you are feeling sick, that you have to touch me or I, you,\u201d I explain. I didn\u2019t mean that touching them is a chore and they know that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lenime is quite comical when it comes to cut his hair. Dax and the others all try not to laugh as I cut the small lock of his hair. It is about an inch longer than Phe\u2019s and in more of a shaggy style. It is all brushed out of his face though. He is so cute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phe\u2019s hair is a more tidy and slightly shorter version of Lenime\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy poor hair,\u201d Lenime whines as I chop a piece off. Phe on the other hand is perfectly fine letting me cut his hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made sure to do it in a place that wouldn\u2019t be noticeable. I couldn\u2019t help but giggle and I laid the hair with the rest. I cut enough to make us one each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lenime pouts and looks at me. I lean down and lick his face making him grin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In one quick move his tongues pops out and he licks mine. A second later Phe licks me too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dax sat silently chuckling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have the cutest mates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once I have finished making the three braid bracelets, made up of an equal mixture of all our hairs, I place them on each of our wrists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEven if it doesn\u2019t work I\u2019ll keep it on. It is really good,\u201d Phe says and Lenime agrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I get up to move and they move to follow me. I quickly tured and stop them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou have to stay there.\u201d They both frown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDon\u2019t worry, I am only sitting over here, near father and Dax to see if it works.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minutes later\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCan you come back now?\u201d Phe ask, whilst Lenime sits next to him antsy. Both staring at me pouting. I want to take their pouty lips and stuck on them, but I have to wait too. \u201cNot yet. It\u2019s only been ten minutes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another two minutes later\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lenime is slowly edging his way off the couch and towards me, Phe isn\u2019t much better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiy and Dax are both laughing and I throw my arms up, \u201cI give up.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instantly my mates pick me up and bring me into their arms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I roll my eyes, but internally I am happy. They hug me and cover my face in kisses and licks. Telling me how much they missed me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Silently, I decide to myself that I will try again later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Much later that night\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We haven\u2019t made love in a while because we’ve been busy working and by the time we get to bed I\u2019m too tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wake up after only four hours of sleep with this desperate need to eat, anything. Naked I creep out of bed, go to the side where the bracelets are and without waking them put them on their wrists and then do the same to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With another large bowl of the thing Lenime had given to me when we watched Star Trek yesterday, I move to the couch and play an episode of another old show whilst I using this time to test my bracelets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phe\u2019s pov<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wake up with a jolt. Something is wrong. I notice straight away Amber is missing. Lenime wakes up at the same time, he looks at me in a panic and whimpering. \u201cDon\u2019t worry, Lenime. She is fine. We would have felt something if she was hurt,\u201d I try reassuring him, despite fearing for her myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together we got out of bed. It is only when I notice the bracelets on our wrists. I show it to Lenime, who smiles and relaxes slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSneaky little mate,\u201d He tuts. We enter the sitting area to see something playing lowly on the screen in front of the seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving closer, we both breath out a breath of relief when we see Amber laying half a sleep watching the screen, with a bowl of food resting on her quickly expanding abdomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before she can notice we have both made it to her. In one fast move I pick up the bowl, place it on the ground, whilst Lenime picks Amber and hugs her too him. I quickly join them, pressing her between us. She squeaks in shock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe were so worried,\u201d I mumble into her neck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m sorry. I was hungry and lost track of time,\u201d She answers still half asleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s alright, love,\u201d Lenime tells her. \u201cJust make sure you wake us up too next time and we will go with you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowing it\u2019s pointless to argue she just nods her head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHow long was you out here?\u201d I ask her curiously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHmm, about half an hour.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAt least we know it works,\u201d Lenime replies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNot that we will need them,\u201d I smile at her comment. \u201cI was so lonely without you,\u201d She adds before quickly drifting off to sleep in our arms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turning off the screen, Lenime carries her to bed with me closely following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m glad, because we don\u2019t want you to leave our side again,\u201d I whispers before joining her in dream land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
