The car pulled up outside a house. “Do you live here?” Benga asked Alex. He was only given the address not told who the house belonged too.
“Nope. This is Jerry and Dana’s house.” He gave her a confused expression.
“They are Riann’s parents, the couple who fostered me and Tess.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Shame I didn’t know you, I could have fostered you.”
“Wow, Sammy\u2026 That just makes you sound on a whole new level of creepy,” She teased. “You know I was only nine then, right? You would have been\u2026 What? Hmm, twenty-one?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ha, yeah. That would be pretty damn creepy,” He agreed. “But I bet you were cute and had all the boys chasing you.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ha. No. I was bullied until junior high because I had no parents. Then they found out about my ‘little problem’\u2026” She looked at her lap and back to him. “And they bullied me for that instead. Tess, Riann and Timmy are the only friends I ever had other than my sister and the guys.” He knew Gus was on that list but she didn’t add him because what he did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Well, you have me now. And I’ll never let you down.”
“I know you won’t.” They exchanged a kiss.
“Come on. Let’s get inside before Mom calls again.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He unbuckled his seat-belt and placed his hand on her leg. “Wait there,” He said with a warning look as he got out of the car and walked around to her side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Fuck!” He muttered lowly, noticing a few members of the press rushing over.
“Sorry, Angel. I didn’t realize they would be here,” He whispered to her, leaning into the car.
“Why are they here?”
“You are pretty famous now, Angel,” He told her unbuckling her seat-belt. “Your story was featured all over the world.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She looked stunned, but took his out reached hand and he helped her out of the car.
“Thank God I fixed my face earlier,” She whispered back shyly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flashes of the cameras started straight away. Benga locked the door, holding Alex close to his side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Alexia, how do you free to be free?”
“What are your plans?”
“How did they treat you? Were you harmed?”
“Are you and Mr.Benga together?”
The questions kept coming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Miss Rodriguez has had a long day. She just wants to go home and see her friends. She thanks everyone for their help and support and she will make a statement at a later time,” He said as if rehearsed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She hid her face in his t-shirt shyly.
He had her clasped to his side, so she didn’t need to see where they were walking, he would led and protect her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A older man, who Benga guessed was probably Jerry Parr – Riann’s father – was already waiting at the door when they came to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ally!” He says happily and ushers them both inside. No sooner was they inside were they separated and she was engulfed in a hug by Jerry and woman that Benga guessed was his wife – Dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It is so good to have you home.”
They let her go only to see a man around her own age run over and hug her. And again, her two friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He wasn’t proud to admit it but he was jealous of the girls and the relationship they have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He wanted to know her as deeply as they do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But right now he was more concerned with the man holding his girl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He gritted his teeth and stood back, greeting his mom and sister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sam, you are finally here. You had us worried.” They hugged him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sorry, my fault.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He didn’t want to be here he just want to take her away, just the two of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sorry, my fault.” He turned to see every one expecting introduces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Mom, Coco, this is Alexia,” A quick introduction to each others families and they all moved into the front room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I can’t thank you enough for helping Alexia get out of prison,” Her foster father thanked him and the lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Nonsense, Alexia never should have been jailed in the first place,” The lawyer who aided Sam spoke of his disdain of her biological father and his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“No rush, but I need to have a meeting with you later. Discuss the press, gifts and suchlike.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Gifts?” She asked confused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We can meet tomorrow and discuss it.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She nodded and told him to meet her at her house mid-morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sam was about to tell him she wouldn’t be there but she turned to him and smiled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Don’t worry, you’ll stay with me,” She said quietly but the others must have heard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Are you dating?” His mom, Janet asked. They all seemed surprised but the girls and lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Yes,” Alexia answered looking to him for confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Yes,” He drew her into his arms. “She is mine,” He made sure to look at her three friends. The girls looked happy but amused, where as the man was simply smiling oblivious to the large man’s warning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I should have guessed,” His mom thought out loud. “You’re always speaking about her.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Not to mention he rejected Lisa Lukes and not once,” His sister commented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lisa Lukes, a big breast journalist voted most sexiest woman in the news three years in a row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“You did?” Alexia asked surprised and more than a little jealous. The woman was one of the most lusted after in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I did. But\u2026” He looked to his sister. “How did you know?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I overheard her all but proposing marriage to you.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was staying with his mom and sister and the woman had called around to the house a once and messaged him several, making it clear she wanted his ‘massive cock in her ass,’ Her words not his.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But he rejected her and a few others.
“I couldn’t see myself with anyone but Alexia. I love her.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The women in the room all awed.
“And today I got the best news\u2026” He had already checked with her that it was alright to tell everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I’m going to be a father.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She didn’t know who was worse, his family or hers. They were all already planning everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I want to be God mother!” Riann exclaimed and Tess nodded. “Me too.” They were back home at this point. Just the three of them and Sam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They were meeting up with the others again tomorrow for dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Alright but I already said Gun, Sid and Cook could be Godfathers.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sam was taken by surprise. She was friends with them when he left, but not that close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“You did?” He asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Yes. They are amazing. When you left I shared with Freddie for a little while.” She turned to the girls. “He’s a kind old man, he used to tell me stories when I couldn’t sleep.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He had always be fond of Freddie. He was like the father of the guys inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“But when I discovered I was pregnant they moved me in with Gun, Sid and Cook.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He looked confused. “How come?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She told him about Gun being a doctor, how they all became her protectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was thankful when her tired friends left them alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Did Jordan try anything else?” He asked when they were alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She shook her head. “I really like him. He is really sweet when he is taking his pills. He’s actually pretty shy.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He didn’t like the idea of them being friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“When I got pregnant everyone stopped and were really kind.” That was a little surprising but pleased him. “But\u2026”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“But, what?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Keys and Marco tried to rape me but Jordan saved me,” She told him quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“They what?!” He was ready to kill them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Jordan knocked them out. He protected me. Not to mention, they had to put into protection because the rest of the prison was out to kill them.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I’m going to-“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“No, you’re not. Me and Patty need her daddy.” He couldn’t help but smile all his anger forgotten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Yes, I can’t wait to meet the little one.” He stroked her tiny bump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“How far along are you?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ten weeks. It happened our first time.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His smile grew and he pulled her onto his lap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It’s a sign,” He said kissing her neck. “We are meant too be. And who knows, maybe it’ll be twins.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She fell asleep in his arms shortly afterwards. But he didn’t mind that they hadn’t had sex since the car. He was just happy to have her in his arms where she belonged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I want to donate the gifts,” She told the lawyer the next day. She wanted to give the gift to the foster system which helped her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I don’t think you understand. There are lots of little gifts, but a large amount of cash has been raised in your name. Over a million.” Both Alex and Sam stared at one another in shock. She wasn’t bad off but she was no millionaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“If you insist on giving the money to the foster system maybe you could create your own charity organisation which can oversee the funds and make sure they are not mismanaged.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She had always wanted to give back but she didn’t think she’d have a chance until now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An idea came to her. “Could you call your mom, Sammy? I have an idea.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sure thing, angel.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“She’ll be here in a short while,” Sam said after the phone call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Well, until she comes, let’s talk about the press,” John suggested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“You have a lot of supporters, I suggest you release a short statement. And then perhaps next week we could put together an official event and you could thank everyone and announce the charity.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They started idea shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“You have quite a few celebrities supporters. Perhaps we could invite them. Do you know what charity you want to support?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Yes. Children in the foster system. I want to provide them with better support, give them a chance to do stuff they might never have had a chance before.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Such as dancing?” Sam thought out loud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She nodded. “If your mom is willing, I could provide funds to hire a teacher maybe expand the school to host special free classes a few times a week for the poor children who can’t afford it. I’ll make sure it doesn’t affect her existing students. It’s just a start\u2026” She said embarrassed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“But I remember their were a lot of kids, boys and girls who want to do dancing, sports and among other things. I think it could help in the long run, keeping them on the right track.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“That is a great idea, angel,” Sam smiled proudly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I actually know someone who might be willing to help.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Oh, before I forget, I want to keep the pregnancy private until I’m further along,” She told him quickly. She had discussed it was Sam and they had decided to keep it just in the family for now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He would protect her with all he had, but he didn’t want to risk enraging Gus. Especially with her pregnant and her arm still in plaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I had thought that maybe the case. Don’t worry, I didn’t mention it to anyone.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I know you was doing this all for free, but-“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John held up his hand. “Before you finish that, no. I will not accept payment.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“But surely helping me with the press and everything goes beyond your call of duty?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He shook his head. “I think it time I told you\u2026”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
