Chapter 8

“I’m a lesbian,” Annie announced over Skype. Her sister was beside her. Their partners were both off camera, but still in the room.

“No, don’t be ridiculous. You’re just upset because your sister stole your man,” Her mother dismissed her claims.

“Your mom’s right. You’ll find another man, a better one,” Her father agreed.

She loved them, but they were bigots.

“Robert Sullivan was asking about you.”

“Mom…”

“He has always been fond of you.”

“Mom…”

“I know he would love to -“

“Mom, no!” Annie snapped cutting her mother off.

“Annie, do not speak to your mother that way.” She had to force herself not to roll her eyes.

“I’m sorry for snapping. But I am a lesbian. I never dated Raymond,” She used Domino’s real name.

“He and Casey have been dating for years. Not me and him. They did it for me, to hide the fact I’m gay.”

“I don’t believe you.”
“It would have been in the news if you were with women.”

Annie rolled her eyes. “Justine Jones, she was my first girlfriend. She paid the others off.” Her parents listened mouths agape.

“But no one knows. So you can still marry a man, be normal,” Her mother told her.

“What? No!” Casey interrupted. “She is a lesbian. She has a girlfriend and finally happy. Doesn’t that mean anything to you?”

Their mother smiled, a fake smile and looked to her eldest. “I’ll call Robert. It’s not too late.”

“Mom, I’m not-“

“We’ll speak later, arrange a dinner for when you’re home.” Not giving her a chance to respond, the call hung up.

“Unbelievable!”

Annie just laughed and held her arms out for Juliet. The teen ran over and sat on her lap.

“I told you they wouldn’t accept it.”

“But that… Do they really think they can brush it under the carpet?” Casey said appalled by her parents reaction.

“Doesn’t matter. It’s going to come out sooner rather than later. Because there is no way in hell I’m breaking up with my little fairy. Not now.”

Casey began to rant beyond angry with their parents.

“Oh. I forgot to tell you earlier,” Annie said to distract her sister. “Remember the video with tiny little girl who got angry because I kissed Jason?” At the same time as she was speaking she brought up the video on YouTube.

Casey perked up and smiled watching the video. “Yes, that is so adorable.” Domino walked up behind her.

“She isn’t crying because she likes Jason,” Annie said smugly.

“And why is she crying, smart ass?” Domino asked sarcastically.

“She likes me.”

He laughed not believing her.

“Juliet’s sister told me. My fairy would get angry when ever he kissed me. She wanted to murder him.”

The married couple’s eyes widened. “No, that’s you?”

She blushed. “I was four.”

“Oh my God! This is amazing. Life long fan, wins heart of idol.”

“You wait until I tell Jason! That will wipe the smile off the cocky dick’s face,” Domino laughed.

“You know him?” Juliet asked.

“Yes. Haven’t you told her?” He asked his sister in-law.

“You remember TJ?” Tina Jules, Annie’s childhood best friend and ex Pianist in Wavelength.

Juliet nodded her head.

“Well, she is married to Jason Taylor.” Juliet’s eyes widen. He is known as one of America’s most eligible and sexy men.

“They have been married for ten years. But kept it out of the press to protect his career. People thinking his assessable makes his movies sell better.

“But the truth is he is completely in love. They have been dating since we were in ‘It gets better.’ It was love at first sight.”

“Come to think about it, I’ve never heard of him with anyone.” Rumours are he is gay.

“He is devoted to TJ. He wants to tell the world. But she wants to protect him. He loves acting but her more. They have three children under five and another on the way.”

Juliet listened as Annie told her about her friends. They had become close friends since he got with her friend.

She was even Godmother to their children.

He had fallen for TJ after he saw her with Annie. He had to pester her for months before she would date him.

They moved in together a short time later and they hadn’t spent a night apart since. Even going with her on tour when she was in the band. Or taking her and the children when he has to film aboard.

“She left the band when she got pregnant. You can meet them another time.”

Annie was excited. She wasn’t in love with him like most girls. But he was an actor in her favourite movie.

They were laughing and joking when a short time later a call came in Juliet’s phone.

“Come and let me in. The pratting guards won’t let me through.” It was her sister.

Annie didn’t have to ask who it was, she could hear.

She stood up and walked to the door.

“Annie’s coming now,” Juliet told her sister as her girlfriend left the room.

“Get Jay up and send the him here,” Annie could be heard before returning a moment later.

She was closely followed by a tall red head.

“Oh, wow. It’s great to meet you. I’m Lily, Juliet’s sister,” She said cheerily.

“I hear you want to go shopping. I love shopping,” She was talking happily to Casey when Jay entered.

“Oh good. Jay, I want you to go shopping with Casey and Lily.”

He looked to the red head with interest. But then back to Annie.

“What are you planning for today?”

“I’m just going to go hang out with Domino, Juliet and her dad. We’ll be fine.”

“Take two guys with you just incase.”

They managed to keep the famous pairs presences at the tattoo studio a secret thanks to a few selfies and autographs.

More than a couple opting to have the signature tattooed on them. One walk in, a regular with more than half his body covered in tattoos even asked Annie to tattoo him.

She had laughed thinking he was joking but he wasn’t.

In the end he settled for her drawing on him and Juliet going over it with the gun, adding detail that brought Annie’s crude drawing to life.

Arriving back at the hotel hours later Domino had a surprise for his wife.

“Oh my goodness. That is amazing.” His wife was in awe of the tattooed portrait of her.

“I’m glad you like it. Did you have fun?”

“Yes. Lily is really cool. She really knows how to control Jay. It was amazing to watch.”

“Has she gone home?” Juliet began to ask but then stopped and cringed when she heard very loud moaning and begging.

Annie was in fits of laugher knowing what was happening.

“Is that your security guy?” Juliet asked her girlfriend and the singer nodded amused.

“He was like a lap dog. It was priceless,” Casey laughed amused about how the big, mean security man was instantly taken by Lily.

“Oh my God. I can’t stay here and listen to this. It’s gross,” Annie was amused non-the-less.

“Hang on, I have an idea,” Juliet said exiting the room. Annie followed watching.

Stopping outside the security guy’s room she knocked on the door.

“Lily, have you cum yet? We are waiting for you. We have dinner with the folks, remember?” She called through the door.

The others watch amused.

Another groan and… “But I haven’t finished yet,” They heard Jay complain.

A moment later the door opened and Lily exited the room now fully dressed.
“Let’s do this again before you go,” She called back to the man who still laid in the bed staring at her with an incredulous expression.

And without another word to the man she closed the door and turned to her sister.

“Are you ready? I’m starving.”
